A study on the Japanese special subsidiary companies" current status and successful cases to promote the Korean subsidiary companies

Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to search if the system of the special subsidiary companies for people with disabilities in Japan has been succeeded and needs to be analyzed its structure and present status to apply to the system of subsidiary companies in Korea. To analyze the successful cases of the Japanese special subsidiary companies and present status, I chose and studied 10 selective articles, relevant materials and documents of relevant organizations. To promote the Korean subsidiary companies, the results of the system of the Japanese special subsidiary companies" current status and structure, it is needed that first, revision of the related law, second, enforcement on group related system, third, double count of the employment rates of the severely disabled. After observing the excellent cases of the Japanese special subsidiary companies, it appears that first, there is a rise in employment rates of disabled people, second, performance of social responsibility of enterprise, third, there is an increase in client reliability and company"s image, and fourth, job security of the handicapped and diversification of job opportunity. From now on, it is proposed that first, diversification of available occupation, second, rationalization of management of the subsidiary companies, third, seeking for diverse working hours and securing employee benefits, and fourth, improvement in handicapped people’s vocational ability and job settlement rates. The following research would be required concrete survey on the Japanese special subsidiary companies and related public agencies and interviews with experts.
